In addition to speaking at events, Mason provides consulting services through his company Universal Design Works. Universal Design Works was established in April 2023. Universal Design Works assists organizations of all sizes and scopes. Our services fall into three primary categories including the application of universal design principles, strategic planning, and leadership development.
Our mission is to support organizations in cultivating a lasting legacy by applying universal design principles, communication tactics, and leadership insights to promote stakeholder well-being and development.
